Equipment: You’ll be using dumbbells, resistance bands, and your body weight to perform these exercises. If you’re new to strength training, don’t worry—everything will be explained in simple, easy-to-follow steps. Progress Tracking: I’ll guide you through tracking your progress, emphasizing gradual improvements in strength and endurance. Weekly Check-In: At the end of each week, we’ll have a check-in to assess your progress and address any questions or concerns. I’ll provide tips on how to make the most out of your workouts and adjustments if needed.
